Talrand (Visual)

My Talrand build. Probably quite a bit different than most. I emphasize instants and sorceries that draw cards, and don't do much in the way of counterspells and extra turn effects.
(The deck is indeed better if you run a bunch of counterspells and extra turn effects, but then it's very boring for the other players.)
