This deck tries to make the game "even", by turning off "unfair" things. It's not really "tax" or "stax", it's just trying to prevent people from "going off". (Of course people will still hate you for playing a deck like this, though!)
• Turn off artifact abilities
• Turn off creature abilities
• Turn off ETB triggers
• Turn off tutoring
• etc., lots of other hosers (turning off graveyard, sacking creatures, paying life)
