Hazoret Draw

There's a bunch of different ways you could build Hazoret; this one simply tries to draw as much as possible and pitch them.
I'm avoiding the Wheels of Fortune + Mana Flares route because I don't want to help the opponents. I did end up putting in a couple creature-based wheels, since the deck was low on creatures.
- lots of card Draw
- copy general's ability or make it cheaper (Rings of Brighthearth, Illusionist's Bracers, Heartstone)
- double Damage (Gratuitous Violence, etc.), infect (Grafted Exoskeleton)
- I was going to do some Madness and Flashback cards as well, since I'm already discarding, but there ended up not being much of that.
- Squee (returns itself from grave to hand each turn)
