Captain No Blocks

• When deal combat damage... triggers (e.g. Sword of X and Y)
• Creatures that do something when blocked or dealt damage, since you can choose blockers. (e.g. Stuffy Doll is hilarious because you can force all the untapped creatures to block.)
• Damage redirection from a creature to another target. (again, because you can choose blockers)
• Vigilance adders, so you can attack and block
