| Roon can be used to change the turn sequence a phasing card is on, to help get your phasing creatures in sync. (To do this: After the beginning of the end step of the player to your left, you Roon a phasing card. It'll be blinked out most of your turn; will come in at your EOT. This will put its phasing on the "opposite" turns it was on before.)
